Explore The Lakes Tour– 8.30am to 12.30pm daily

With 18 lakes in the Rotorua area our Lake Morning tour provides a driver-guided exploration of some of the highlights of New Zealand’s Lake District: Hamurana springs, Okere falls, lake Rotoiti, the Blue and Green lakes and lake Tarawera. Explore our favourite scenic spots and natural springs on foot. Take photographs at your leisure and learn about Rotorua’s colourful culture and history from our knowledgeable and friendly guide.

Thermal Path Tour – 1:15pm to 5pm daily

Rotorua is located in the Rotorua caldera, a volcanic crater 16 kilometres in diameter. With such an overwhelming amount of geological activity on offer, our Thermal Path tour aims to guide you through some of the ‘off the beaten track’ mud pools and thermal areas such as: Sulphur Point, Rainbow Mountain, Waiotapu mud pool and Waikite valley thermal pools. Dip your toes or fully immerse yourself in our favourite thermal springs, free from queues and crowds. Take in the volcanic landscape at your leisure and learn some of the history of New Zealand’s greatest hot spot.

What to bring: Good footwear, towel, swimwear, water, dress according to seasonal weather.

Nocturnal Adventure Glow-worm Tour.

A 2 km easy hike over uneven ground at night. Torches provided.

After a walk through the darkness of the native forest you will be guided by the sound of running water. Towering banks will rise up around you and if you turn your flashlights off you will not be disappointed. Literally thousands of glowworms are lit up like the night sky, forming their own constellations all around you. Experience New Zealand’s wildlife by night and top this stellar evening by relaxing under the stars.

What to bring: Good footwear, water and dress according to seasonal weather. We will provide the torches.
